Update for ReporterWorks 7.0

This update includes the following fixes:

Fixed Phone book report.

Fixed Net Income one reporter report.

Fixed single label problems in RW Solo.

Fixed an aesthetic problem with the Misc tab of the Attorney and Reporter modules.

Fixed the problem with Config/Msc tab. The Re line field now accepts multiple lines.

Fixed problem with envelopes and labesl where printing all of the entries in a the attorney table was not possible.
