Update for ReporterWorks 6.0

This update includes the following fixes:

Fixed problem with networking error when in Invoices or Depo/Calendar tab

Fixed problem with jobsheet batch printing that caused a system error to pop up

Fixed problem with jobsheet batch printing that printed up one phone number for all attorneys

Fixed problem with invoice that would push attorney address too far up if attorney name was not present

Fixed problem with the portrait envelope setting

Re-aligned envelope formats

Changed the word "Reference" in invoices to "Description of Services"

Bug in commission reports fixed: quantity now reflect reporter quantity

Bug in Monthly Statement report when None lrg letter head selected, fixed

Deposits error resulting from improper use of Pd box fixed

Automated billing tag added to automatically show page count, if desired, on invoice line item (#Pages#)

Last tests indicate fixed bug for envelope printing alignment for varying printers

Added report to show hours and pages taken by reporter, and number of days (if any) outstanding

Added commissions report for unpaid commissions

Added a third report to calendar printing to include client's work phone number

Added client's work phone number to depo jobsheet

Added reporter's name on unbilled depos report

In mail merge the salutation no longer includes any suffixes to the lastname

Bug in monthly statements fixed

Bug in billing for multiple depos fixed

Reporter name in Invoice Reference Line carries through properly

Unbilled depos report fixed and date range added

Commission reports order by invoice number

When attorney is changed in Depo Schedule tab, attorney preferences are now inherited correctly

Batch printing can only be done from the Lookup tab

Right-click Copy line in Billing Services fixed

A major bug in Invoices related to reporter commissions has been fixed (see details below)
Commission Reports by Depo Date order, no longer chops the last column
Invoices report, Sort by Case, is now functional

More info on the invoice bug:

This bug would occur when a user would select a commissioned item accidentally and then reselect an item without commission. The commission amount to the reporter from accidentally selecting the wrong service would not be cleared. This caused the new service with no commission to credit its previous commission level to the reporter.
