This update includes the following fixes:

A major bug in Invoices related to reporter commissions has been fixed (see details below)

More info on the invoice bug:
This bug would occur when a user would select a commissioned item accidentally and then reselect an item without commission. The commission amount to the reporter from accidentally selecting the wrong service would not be cleared. This caused the new service with no commission to credit its previous commission level to the reporter.
