Update for ReproterWorks 5.0

This update includes the following fixes and additions:

New Commission Report: Pay Date Order - Page Per Name 2
All Lookup tabs are write protected
Bug in Calendar where the year would appear "***" is fixed
Cancelled depos in Calendar also appear grayed out
New Calendar report: Depos w/ location
CLarger space for users who do not use our letterhead on invoices and in our Mail kit:Config - Defaults - Letterhead - None lrg
Better Deposits module for Discount and Interest Users
Copyline bug: RW now copies the Re line as well
Discount language on invoices does not show up on Re-billed invoices or invoices that have been passed the specified discount date

VERY IMPORTANT:

ReporterWorks 5.0 had limitations for users who apply interest and discounts. To make it simple:
- To pay the invoice in full, regardless of interest and/or discounts, click on the Pd box. The invoice will be paid in full, even though the total payment doesn’t match the amount owed.
- If you enter in the amount rather than click Pd, the payment will only be accepted as a partial payment; the invoice will not reflect being paid in full.

Also note that ReporterWorks 5.0 cannot handle multiple deposit clicks for one check that is received in payment of more than one invoice. You must click each invoice and click “Record” separately.
