Reporter Screens

Lookup Tab

This is a sample view of the Reporter screen. As in the Attorney screens, these columns can be sorted in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order by clicking on the column headings.

Note the Schedule button in the lower right. This is in every tab in the Reporter screen. This shows you, at the touch of the button, the reporter's schedule:

Edit Tab

Essential information concerning the reporters is found in this tab.

"Other Info" Tab

The Salutation field will appear in your form letters, should you choose ReporterWorks to generate those letters. The SSN/ID field is, of course, essential for your 1099s that ReporterWorks generates. The Split fields refer to the commission levels that you have for your reporters. (Note: The Solo version of ReporterWorks does not generate 1099s or provide commissions.)

Misc. Tab

The Misc tab, not shown here because it is a custom tab, contains four fields that Pro users can customize to their preferences (such as labeling for Certified or Primary), as well as the Schedule button.
